DSM’s staff is made up of hand picked professionals all with the same goals, to have fun and make great television.

Dan and his team have developed and produced numerous national award winning television series and specials for Broadcast, Cable, and National Syndication.

Dan Sexton - Executive Producer

DSM’s founder Dan Sexton has more than 25 years of television experience and has held about every kind of job there is to have in TV! From Video Tape Editor, Director of Photography, Field Producer, Show Producer, Executive Producer, Program Development, to National and International Sales, Dan’s ability to roll up his sleeves and get into a project is invaluable.

Lauren Williams - Series Producer

Lauren is an experienced Show Runner, Series Producer and Writer with over 20 years experience. She has been responsible for over 600 hours of quality network and cable programming including news, reality, makeover, food, studio, entertainment and documentaries. Lauren’s field and studio skills and her extensive experience in managing and directing multi-million dollar television productions makes her an ideal match for our production.

Lauren has created and directed shows for NBC, HGTV, DIY, History Channel, Discovery Channel, National Geographic, Food Network, Fine Living, Speed Channel, Military Channel and PBS. Lauren is a three time Emmy winner, 6 time Emmy Nominee and winner of 12 Telly awards.

Pat Workman - Production Manager

Pat Workman has almost 20 years of television experience and has been involved with a variety of different television styles from reality to home improvement to live television. Pat started her career in graphic design and transitioned into television with a passion for Production Management.

During her wide-ranged career, she has helped produce programming for NBC, CNBC, Food Network, History Channel, HGTV, DIY, Fine Living, Travel Channel and Animal Planet. Pat has overseen as many as eighteen television series and specials simultaneously, developing close working relationships with producers, show staff, editors and industry experts. Pat’s unique hands-on style plus her varied skill set makes her a perfect fit for the production.

Eric Streit - Co Executive Producer

Eric iscurrently DSM’s Co-Executive Producer on Animal Planet’s Snake Man of Appalachia. Before that Eric was Co Executive Producer of TLC’s Mall Cops: Mall of America shooting on location at Mall of America in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Prior to this, he served as Senior Producer on TLC’s hit reality series, Little People, Big World. Over four years, he produced 189episodes of the series’ 209 episodes, and will soon begin production on Season Five. Simultaneously, Eric served as Co-Executive Producer for several pilots and series, including Animal Planet’s Tanked, A&E’s, Raising Bains, and Spike Network’s River Men.

Immediately prior to his work on Little People, Big World, Eric spent a year in his home state, Kentucky, running for his party’s nomination for U.S. Congress.

Kevin Frohne - Associate Producer

Kevin began his career as an Assistant Editor in the documentary world before moving into non-fiction and realty TV for the Style Network, HGTV, The National geographic channel and Discovery's Animal Planet. Whether setting up production offices, working with talent, crew, editors, or network executives, Kevin's agility with both personalities and production and post production workflows find him uniquely suited to the requisite "wearing of multiple hats" needed to bring stories to life.
